Beautiful pesto from first harvest of homegrown basil 🪴 Amazing Italian salad made with Italian friends 😍 We were hungry after hiking with our doggos and decided to make an impromptu salad combining both of our ingredients. A beautiful sunset from this week 😍 The satisfaction of ending the weekend on a healthy note 😌 Used leftovers (kale, quinoa, cracked wheat, potato, carrots) to create this - kale sautéed in everything bagel seasoning and guerra’s rice seasoning from @sfmamarkets Ballard Farmer Market + mixed beans with veggies + mixed grains 🍽️ Italian food, coffee and company #f1miamigrandprix #weekend #coffeelover #spring Not the best blooms this year but some of these beautiful tulips made it through. Some inspiration from travel, nature and music 😍 Here’s my new makeshift indoor herb garden in the guest room 😇🌿🍃Started using artificial light and heating mat recently to overcome weather constraints in gardening in Pacific Northwest. I’m amazed by the results!! As I started experimenting with growing basil indoors (I couldn’t make it survive until now!), came across Youtube videos by @cwbrandsdal who built an amazing indoor garden in Norway. That made me think nothing is impossible to grow indoors!! Quinoa patties inspired by @hans_im_glueck_burgergrill of Germany 😍 Made these air-fried veggie patties last night and had them as lettuce wraps. While the pics don’t look as appealing, taste was amazing!
